Days of service

  1. On the day of service, please send a text message to inform customers half an hour before the visit.
  2. Please enter in the customer chat room before service starts:
    Sign in
  3. If you encounter any danger or difficulty or need assistance, please use the reporting function on the app to notify the company or call our customer service hotline directly: 6315 8962
  4. Please write a summary of the day's service before the end of the service and send the message to the customer.
  5. Please follow this format for content:

Service date and time:
Service type: Private nursing/one-time medical service/escort
Service Content:
Post-service evaluation (if any):
Suggestions for customers (if any):
Disease progress/doctor’s orders (if any):

6. Please type in the customer chat room before leaving after the service: sign out
7. Please select "Complete" for the case in the app after the service is completed.
