Cancellation due to bad weather or special reasons

If the Observatory has issued a black rainstorm warning signal, storm signal No. 8 or above, the government has declared an emergency or issued a work stoppage order

Customers should contact the service staff through the app as soon as possible to ask whether the service can continue to be provided. If both parties reach a consensus, the service will be provided.

Continue as usual; if no consensus can be reached, please inform the service staff and notify our customer service staff through the app reporting function

Free cancellation service.

If the customer has sufficient force majeure reasons (such as death, emergency hospitalization, flight delay, bad weather, etc.) and evidence proving that the customer cannot accept the booked service, the customer should notify the customer and the company's customer service personnel as soon as possible and provide relevant supporting documents. . If supporting documents are not provided, an administrative fee of HK$300 will be charged for service cancellation in accordance with normal cancellation procedures.

The company reserves the right to make the final decision on fee waivers.
