Wallet balance is updated every 15 days
If you want to request a new job and the amount you need to pay exceeds your wallet balance, you can still submit a job request, but the amount above your balance will appear as "Unpaid Balance"
When your wallet balance is negative, you will not be able to apply for new jobs until you top up your wallet

Top up wallet

1: Click "Recharge Wallet"

2: Send the required amount to our bank account based on the information given on the screen and click "Continue"

3: Enter the bank name, transfer amount, reference number, and upload a screenshot of the receipt, then click "Submit Request"

4: Wallet balance will be updated soon (estimated to be up to 15 days)

Outbound payments overview

1: Click "Remit" in the upper right corner of the payment overview

2: Select the file formats, job types and time range you want included

3: Click "Export"
