Currently, we only accept "invitation" registration. If you receive our Whatsapp message, please follow the instructions to register:
🍎Apple user flow:
Step 1: Download TestFlight and install careEASY app
1. Go to the App Store, download and install the TestFlight app.

2. Click the TestFlight invitation link we provide to enter the application.

3. Open the MEDEASY medical professional application in TestFlight and click "Open" to start.
Step 2: Launch the app and register
1. Open the careEASY app and select "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple" to log in.
2. Authorize the application to send notifications.
Step 3: Fill in the mobile phone number and verification code
1. Enter your Hong Kong mobile phone number and click "Submit".
2. Enter the received OTP verification code and click "Verify Code".
Step 4: Fill in personal information
1. Enter your Chinese name and English name (optional), email address, gender and date of birth.
2. Add language and other necessary information and click Next.
Step 5: Set address
1. Click "Use Current Location" to select your current location, or manually enter address details including region, zone and street name.
2. Confirm the address and click Next.
Step 6: Fill in professional information
1. Select your professional category and subcategory (Example: Nurse).
2. Enter skills, language proficiency and preferred work location.
3. Fill in your work experience, education, awards or certifications and click Done.
Step 7: Upload necessary documents
1. Upload proof of identity, license, other documents and resume (optional).
2. Click Next.
Step 8: Enter bank information
1. Enter the account holder name, account number and bank name.
2. Upload your bank card photo and click Next.
Step 9: Sign the contract
1. Read and agree to the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms & Conditions".
2. Sign the contract in the designated area and click "Submit".
Step 10: Complete registration
1. You will see the "Account Created Successfully" message.
2. The system will prompt that your account is waiting for review by the administrator.
Final steps: Account activation
• Please be patient and wait for administrator approval.
• You will receive a notification that your account has been activated.
• Once completed, you can log in with the account you just registered and start using careEASY.
An error will occur if you download the "MEDEASY for Medical Staff" application directly from the App Store because it is an old version and cannot be connected to the new database. Please uninstall the version in the App Store first, and then follow the instructions in the first step to re-download it in TestFlight.
