Application Procedures

If you need to cancel the confirmed service, please follow the steps below

sick leave:

  1. Please prepare your supporting documents – sick leave certificate prescribed by a registered Western/TCM practitioner

(The document needs to have your name, doctor’s diagnosis, date of sick leave, and doctor’s signature)

  1. Contact our customer service staff via whatsapp (tel: 63158962)
  2. The transmission information must include:

3.1 Confirmed service screenshots

3.2 A copy of your ID card

3.3 Photos of the sick leave paper (note that the time on the sick leave paper must overlap with the service time to be valid)

  1. Log in to the mobile app to notify the customer in advance that the service needs to be canceled due to personal illness, remind the customer to re-book the service, and then click 'cancel' to cancel the confirmed service
  2. Take a screenshot of the conversation and cancellation record in point 4 and send it to the customer service staff via WhatsApp
  3. Waiting for our review notification
