Cancellation fee policy

The cancellation fee will be used to compensate the medical staff for the loss of personal time reserved for your appointment and the company's administrative expenses.

If the customer cancels the service within 72 hours before the start of the service after confirming the service, careEASY will charge a cancellation fee of NT$$300 to pay the company's administrative expenses and compensate the medical staff.

If you cancel the service under any of the following circumstances, you will not be charged a cancellation fee

– The customer cancels the service more than 72 hours before the service starts

– Special or severe weather conditions 

– Special reasons or force majeure factors (such as sudden hospitalization, death, etc.)

If the customer has sufficient force majeure reasons (such as death, emergency hospitalization, flight delay, bad weather, etc.) and evidence proving that the customer cannot accept the booked service, the company will waive the charge. The company reserves the right to make the final decision on fee waivers.

  1. Switch payment method for reservation

You can add different payment methods, such as credit card and Apple Pay.

If you need to add a new payment method:

When the app booking service jumps to the payment page, click "Add payment method".

You can manually enter your credit card information

  1. Enter your credit card number.
  2. Enter expiry date, CVV verification code.
  3. Click Save.

Delete payment method

Your account must have at least one payment method active. If you want to remove a unique payment method, you must first add a new payment method.

To delete a payment method:

Select "Account" in the App, then "Wallet".

Select the payment card you want to delete.

Click "Remove payment method."

  1. How can I obtain a copy of the receipt for this trip?

At the end of the service, you can request that we send a receipt to the email address registered in your account. If you do not receive your receipt, please check the spam box of this email address. If you still haven't received the email, please email receipt@careEASY.hk and leave your name and order number. Our customer service staff will contact you as soon as possible.

To view past appointments in your account, follow these steps:

Select "Personal Information" –> Appointment Records → Past Appointments in the App menu.

You can check the content of the appointment, the name of the medical staff and the date and time of the appointment.
