Not receiving emails, text messages or push notifications

If you cannot receive our emails, please check your spam box and check whether our email address has been blocked.

If you can't receive our text messages, you can:

  1. Check if our phone number has been blocked
  2. Wait and resend the message
  3. Restart your phone and send the text message again
  4. Check whether the correct phone number is registered

If you cannot receive push notifications from our application, please check whether the background has authorized the application to push notifications.
