The cancellation fee will be used to compensate for the loss of personal time of the medical staff when the appointment is cancelled.

If the customer cancels the service within 72 hours before the start of the service after confirming the service, careEASY will charge a cancellation fee of $300 yuan to pay the company's administrative expenses and compensate the medical staff.

If any of the following conditions apply, you will not be charged a cancellation fee

– The customer cancels the service more than 72 hours before the service starts

– Special weather conditions 

– Special or force majeure factors (such as sudden hospitalization)

If the customer has sufficient force majeure reasons (such as death, emergency hospitalization, flight delay, bad weather, etc.) and evidence proving that the customer cannot accept the booked service, the company will waive the charge. The company reserves the right to make the final decision on fee waivers.
