Medical staff can provide medical services through the careEASY mobile app. There are 2 statuses in the application.

Apply

Medical staff can apply for customers’ blood drawing experience services through the mobile app

Please noteCancel after applicationAn administrative fee of HKD$100 will be charged
If you cancel after accepting the order, an administrative fee of HKD$300 will be charged.
Therefore, please carefully check the customer’s appointment date, time, address and other information to ensure that the date and time areidle

Note: Applying does not mean that you have applied. After applying, you need to wait for the customer to confirm that you or other medical staff will take the order. At this time, the service status is 'Pending' 'under review'

Orders

If you are confirmed by the customer to take the order: the careEASY mobile app will send a message prompt

The reservation page will change from 'under review' to 'accepted'.

If you are not selected by the client:

The reservation page will change from 'under review' to 'cancelled'.
