- Before applying, please carefully check the customer’s appointment date, time, address and other information to ensure that the date and time areidle, to avoid being unable to provide door-to-door service after grabbing an order.
Cancellation after application will be charged an administrative fee of HKD$100
If you cancel after successfully accepting the order, without reasonable reasons, you will be charged an administrative fee of 300 yuan. If you fail to notify and miss the service, your account will be permanently canceled.
2. You should first open the patient’s health record and medical needs, and ensure that you are capable of accepting the order.
3. Please read the customer service requirements notes first to understand the services the customer needs and the patient’s condition.
4. After the application is successful, please take the initiative to contact the customer to confirm the service content, service time and location, and the required medical supplies.
5. Prepare relevant medical supplies before door-to-door service: care packages, masks, shoe covers, gloves, and prepare relevant medical supplies according to customer needs.
6. If door-to-door service cannot be provided after receiving the order due to special reasons, please contact our customer service staff in time. If there is no reasonable reason, an administrative fee of 300 yuan will be charged. If you are absent without notice, your account will be permanently canceled.
7. Medical staff should accept orders based on the principle of integrity, not accept orders randomly or abandon orders, and provide customers with high-quality medical services. If any inappropriate behavior is discovered, the medical account will be frozen and permanently banned.
