Unable to receive text messages or unable to log in

If you can't receive our text messages, you can:

  1. Check if our phone number has been blocked
  2. Wait and resend the message
  3. Restart your phone and send the text message again
  4. Check whether the correct phone number is registered

If you cannot log in after registration, please take a screenshot and email to report@careeasy.hk and leave your name and registration phone number. Our customer service staff will contact you as soon as possible.
